近日，青島希尼爾翻譯公司了解到，貝殼找房發(fā)布《城市社區(qū)宜居報告》，選取了15個城市中交易量top100的小區(qū)，對其交通、教育、醫(yī)療、購物、美食、娛樂、麗人、酒店、環(huán)境、價格等10個維度進(jìn)行觀測，發(fā)現(xiàn)深圳、北京、杭州最宜居，青島排名第9. 《報告》數(shù)據(jù)顯示，深圳最宜居，北京、杭州緊隨其后。15個城市的宜居指數(shù)都在50左右，其中，美食、購物、酒店等生活配套以及地鐵交通的分值拉低了城市宜居指數(shù)。對城市進(jìn)行對比則發(fā)現(xiàn)，一線城市的社區(qū)宜居指數(shù)52.19，比二線城市更宜居；北方城市則以51.56比南方城市更勝一籌。Recently, Qingdao senior Translation Company learned that Shell Finding House released the “Resident Report of Urban Community” and selected the top 100 community in 15 cities for transportation, education, medical care, shopping, food, entertainment, beauty.
