在一帶一路資料翻譯的過程中，法律用語一定要達(dá)到準(zhǔn)確，精簡，地道。下面就一些用語做簡單的介紹。

（1）甲方應(yīng)當(dāng)真實(shí)、客觀、全面地向乙方律師介紹本法律事務(wù)涉及的相關(guān)情況、提供相關(guān)材料；如與本法律事務(wù)有關(guān)的情況和事實(shí)發(fā)生變化，應(yīng)及時(shí)告知乙方律師。

Party A shall provide Party B's lawyers with true, objective and complete information and materials on the matter entrusted hereunder, and shall timely notify Party B's lawyers of any change relating thereto.

以上明確了當(dāng)?shù)芈蓭煹穆氊?zé)，更好的服務(wù)于企業(yè)。

（2）甲方應(yīng)當(dāng)積極主動(dòng)地配合乙方律師的工作，對乙方律師提出的要求應(yīng)當(dāng)明確具體、合法合理；不得要求乙方律師進(jìn)行違法或者有違律師執(zhí)業(yè)規(guī)范的活動(dòng)。

Party A shall provide necessary support for Party B's lawyers in their services, and shall issue clear, specific, lawful and reasonable instructions to Party B's lawyers. Party A shall not require Party B's lawyers to perform any activity that contravenes applicable laws or lawyers' code of conduct.

法律工作一切以事實(shí)為依據(jù)，以法律為準(zhǔn)則。

明確責(zé)任的條款還有：

乙方律師對獲知的甲方商業(yè)秘密或個(gè)人隱私負(fù)有保密責(zé)任，非因法律規(guī)定或者甲方同意，不得向任何第三方披露。但以下內(nèi)容除外：1、刑事犯罪證據(jù)；2、可以公開查閱或取得的信息和資料；3、為履行本合同所約定的服務(wù)必須進(jìn)行的工作。Party B's lawyers shall maintain full secrecy and confidentiality on all trade secrets and personal private information received from Party A during the performance of this Contract, and shall not disclose the same to any third party without prior consent of Party A unless required to do so by law. This confidentiality obligation shall not apply for: 1. any criminal evidence; 2. any publicly available or accessible information or data; and 3. any disclosure absolutely necessary for the proper performance of the services hereunder.

如甲方隱瞞有關(guān)委托事務(wù)的真實(shí)情況或要求乙方律師從事違反法律或律師執(zhí)業(yè)規(guī)范的活動(dòng)，乙方有權(quán)拒絕。Party B reserves the right to reject services if Party A refuses to provide true and complete information relating to the matter or require Party B's lawyers to act in a way that contravenes applicable laws or lawyers' code of conduct.
